Is there a contract?
No. Month-to-month only. Cancel or pause any property at any time with 48 hours' notice. No exit fees, no minimum term.
Do you charge a booking fee?
No booking fee and no admin fee. The price shown is the price you pay. The only extras are optional add-ons you select.
How am I billed?
One invoice on the 1st of the following month covering all properties and all cleans. Pay by card or direct debit in under a minute.
Are there discounts for multi-property hosts?
Yes. For 2–4 properties, 10% off every clean. For 5 or more, 15% off. Discounts apply automatically to your monthly invoice.
What if something's damaged?
Every clean is fully insured up to £2m per incident. Report damage through your dashboard and we'll resolve it within 48 hours.
Can I change service level mid-month?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade per-property any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect from the next confirmed booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel any individual clean with 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged at the full rate.
Do you offer a backup cleaner guarantee?
Yes. If your assigned cleaner is unavailable for any reason, we guarantee a fully vetted replacement at no extra cost. Your turnover will never be missed.
Are your cleaners DBS-checked?
Every cleaner on the hive has a current enhanced DBS check. We cover the cost and renew every 3 years. Certificates available on request.
What cities do you cover?
