Services · Deep Clean

Deep quarterly reset.

The clean a standard turnover does not reach. Ovens, grout, limescale, skirting boards, behind appliances. Scheduled quarterly to keep your property in proper condition.

Why it matters

A 4.9 rating means guests find nothing.

Turnovers maintain the surface. Deep cleans prevent the slow build-up that costs you reviews. Grease creeps behind the hob. Limescale hardens on showerheads. Grout darkens in tile joints. None of these are visible after a single stay. All of them are visible after six.

A single 3-star cleanliness review can reduce booking rates by 10 to 15% in Airbnb's search algorithm. The quarterly reset is what stops that from happening.

CleanHive schedules your deep cleans automatically, spaced roughly every 12 to 13 turnovers, or on a fixed quarterly calendar. You set the preference; we handle the rest.

Beyond the standard turnover

Everything in the standard turnover, plus the extended checklist below. These are the areas that accumulate over time and require proper treatment, not just a wipe.

Scheduling

When to book.

Quarterly is the recommended minimum. Certain situations call for one sooner. CleanHive can schedule these automatically or you can trigger them manually from your dashboard.

Every quarter

The default schedule. CleanHive books these automatically between your regular turnovers, roughly every 12 to 13 stays.

After long stays

Any stay of 7 nights or more leaves significantly more wear on fixtures and surfaces than short stays. A deep clean resets the baseline.

End of summer season

High summer occupancy is hard on a property. A deep clean in September prepares it for autumn and winter bookings.

Before photography

If you are updating your listing photos, a deep clean ensures the property shows at its absolute best. No streaks, no limescale, no dull grout.

After a difficult guest

Some guests leave a property in a state that a standard turnover cannot fully address. The deep clean option is available on request at any time.

New property onboarding

When you bring a new property onto CleanHive, a deep clean as the first job sets the correct baseline for all future turnovers.
